Collection
You will be notified via email when you have any post to collect. When collecting mail for the first time, you are required to present a photo ID to the staff at your chosen location. This also applies to any other individuals who will collect mail on your behalf. If ID is not presented, mail may not be released to you. Reception can be found on the ground floor to the left when you enter the building, at the end of the corridor.
Forwarding
Post will be forwarded to your chosen address confirmed in your welcome email, this is usually done the same day if not the next working day as received at the centre.
If you do need to update your mail forwarding address, please send a proof of address to [email protected].
Please ensure you keep us updated with any changes to your residential and/or forwarding address to avoid any disruption to your service.

Parcels
We discourage the delivery of parcels, smaller ad-hoc parcels can be accepted; these will need to be collected in person or via courier at your expense, promptly.
Accepted Post Names
We will only accept incoming post for the company name(s) specified within your welcome email. If you have additional trading names/company name variation(s) please let us know.
