Virtual offices can be used as a solid foundation for launching and building a successful business in London: benefit from significant cost savings whilst having a prestigious presence in the UK’s largest city.
With your business address in our capable hands, you are free to work flexibly without being tied to physical premises. We sort and forward your mail, provide you with a local London telephone number and can even handle your incoming calls.
The choice of location is yours and we are happy to recommend a particular building or location in London that will best match your business needs.
Our London addresses are within established business centres in the key commercial districts of central London. These are active business premises home to physical office occupiers, with front desk receptionists and meeting rooms, which you can hire out when you wish to host clients.
A registered company address should feel real to potential customers – and our offices in London are as real as can be!
The cost of renting office space in the nation’s capital is now at an all-time high, and there’s a good reason for this.
London’s economy is growing at twice the national rate and contributes 23% of UK GDP, making a net contribution to the exchequer of an astonishing £34bn.
With a virtual office in London, you can access the London economy without having to squander your children’s inheritance on an office the size of a dishwasher. Wherever you are in the UK, you can ensure your business presence is well represented in the capital.
London callers will always be more confident dialling a number with a local London area code, and Virtual HQ can provide your business with a London 020 telephone number.
When a customer calls your number, they are automatically (and instantly) redirected to a number of your choice, either mobile or landline. It doesn’t matter where you’re physically based; callers will believe they are dialling a landline in central London.
At just £12 per month* with 500 inclusive minutes, it’s a cost-effective way to reaffirm your local presence to potential customers.
*note, setup fees apply to 0207 and 0208 numbers due to their rarity.

Your address says a lot about your business, and that’s why we only provide virtual offices in the key commercial districts of London. As a result, you can rest assured that your address will be tied to a prestigious commercial building.
While there may be numerous virtual office providers in London, it’s important to remember that not all London addresses are created equally.

By using our London virtual offices instead, you could save yourself, on average, £6,900 per year on a lease – all without sacrificing the image of your business. As all of our addresses are physical offices, you can even use their meeting rooms (at an additional cost) for hosting clients – who don’t even need to know that you’re not really based at that location.
By opting for a full virtual office package, you also gain access to a London telephone number and telephone answering service, the costs of which are not included in your standard serviced office rental. The price for your desk in London is just that… a desk. Does this make financial sense for your business?

All of our London virtual offices are available with mail forwarding or mail collection, it just depends on which option suits your needs. Collection is free, and there is no fixed fee for our mail forwarding service, rather, it is calculated on a per item basis. As such, it is difficult to give an estimate as to how much this part of the service will cost – as it is wholly dependent on the amount of mail you receive!
There are some providers who forward your mail for free. However, this isn’t advisable. Many simply cross out the incoming address and add your forwarding address to the same envelope (Royal Mail does make allowances for this, for low volume domestic post). This is a) an abuse of the system and b) does not guarantee mail will get to you.
We can forward your mail anywhere in the world, and our prices are competitive – we simply cover our costs. You will pay Royal Mail franked rates, plus 20% for any mail forwarded. To ensure it arrives safely and without delay, your mail goes into a new envelope with your forwarding address clearly printed and is sent out first class.
