Travel by car

Jubilee Campus is easily accessible by road via the A52. From the M1 motorway, exit at Junction 25 and follow the A52 towards Nottingham. After approximately five miles, follow signs for the University via Middleton Boulevard (A6514) and Wollaton Road (A609), where the campus is clearly signposted. Parking is available on campus, with designated visitor parking areas.
Travel by bus

The campus is well served by regular bus services connecting it to Nottingham city centre and surrounding areas. Nottingham City Transport routes, including services 28, 35, 36, 34, and more, near Jubilee Campus, providing frequent and convenient access. In addition, the University operates a free hopper bus service linking Jubilee Campus with other university sites, including University Park Campus.
Travel by train

The nearest main railway station is Nottingham Station, located approximately 3–4 miles from Jubilee Campus. From the station, visitors can take a bus, tram (via nearby stops such as Queen’s Medical Centre or University Park), or taxi to reach the campus. Taxi journeys typically take around 10–15 minutes, depending on traffic.

The University of Nottingham Innovation Park is located at the University of Nottingham Jubilee Campus. We are based throughout three buildings – the Sir Colin Campbell Building, Enterprise Centre and Ingenuity Centre – offering a range of office, collaboration, and incubation spaces for startups, scale-ups, and university spinouts.

The Jubilee Campus is an award-winning, sustainably designed campus featuring landscaped green spaces, lakes, and modern facilities, creating an attractive and environmentally conscious working environment.

The site benefits from strong transport links, with frequent bus services running between Jubilee Campus and Nottingham city centre. The campus is also connected to other university sites via a dedicated hopper bus service and is easily accessible by car via the A52, with the M1 motorway (Junction 25) located approximately five miles away.

Co-working

UNIP provides flexible co-working space through our hot desking offering, located within the Enterprise Centre (A12). This space is available Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:30pm and is designed to accommodate a range of users, including startups, entrepreneurs, university spinouts, and remote workers operating within the science and technology sectors. Access is managed via the on-site reception team, with bookings made in advance via email, ensuring flexibility for both occasional and regular users without the need for a fixed desk.

The co-working environment includes a range of facilities to support productivity and collaboration, such as high-speed internet, shared workspace areas, kitchen amenities, and access to community and networking events. Additional services, including meeting rooms, printing, parking, and catering, are also available at an extra cost, allowing users to tailor the space to their specific business needs.

In terms of pricing, UNIP offers two main options to suit different working patterns. A block of 10-day passes is available for £150 and is valid for up to six months, making it suitable for individuals who require workspace on a more flexible basis (e.g. one to two days per week). Alternatively, a monthly hot desk pass is available for £150 per month, providing unlimited access during operating hours and better suited for more frequent users (three to five days per week).

Overall, the co-working space offers a cost-effective and scalable alternative to traditional office space, while enabling users to benefit from being part of the wider Innovation Park ecosystem, which supports collaboration, innovation, and business growth.
