We often get asked, how much will the mail forwarding charges be? Our Belfast Virtual Office is available with Mail Forwarding or Mail Collection, it just depends which option suits your needs. Collection is free, and there is no fixed fee for our Belfast mail forwarding service, rather, it is calculated on a per item basis. As such, it is difficult to give an estimate as to how much this part of the service will cost – as it is wholly dependent on the amount of mail you receive!
There are some providers who forward your mail for free – this is not advisable, as many of the ‘free mail forwarding’ providers simply cross out the incoming address and add your forwarding address to the same envelope (Royal Mail does make allowances for this, for low volume, domestic post). This is a.) an abuse of the system and 2.) does not guarantee mail will get to you if it’s flagged.
